Are you a therapist or coach looking for a concentrated breakthrough session for laser guidance and reset? The Plunge is a game changing and powerful immersive experience to gain massive clarity and inspiration, recalibration and alignment, and interrupt any patterns that are keeping you stuck now. This is a one time conversation that you will refer to over and over. 

The audit

The Audit is a signature hybrid offering that is designed for practicing therapists/business owners who are using social media as a way to increase their reach, impact and income.

This innovative offering will help you to clarify, align, and elevate your presence on social media for the sake of authenticity and abundance.

How it works:

1. Fill out an in depth questionnaire that will inform and direct me to hone in on the specific areas you would like support/feedback with in regards to your relationship to social media and your desired outcome of my support.

2. Submit your payment of $111 (only 5 spots offered at this introductory rate, and then it will double).

3. Receive an email to set up your 40 minute audit review and integration session.

4. Within 5 working days (or sooner) you will receive a written outline of your social media account with actionable steps and ideas to implement moving forward.

5. Have your session with me, have a clear game plan about the way you will confidently tweak some key elements on your account so that you can increase your impact and income!

The Round Table is an elevated high touch community-driven group experience for therapists and coaches who are building and scaling a value based practice who want to collaborate, create and intentionally grow alongside like minded and hearted individuals in the wellness field.

1:1 Opportunities include

  • 90 minute initial session in person or virtually.

    All subsequent sessions after the initial session are 50 mins.

  • Based on your needs and vision you want to acheive.

  • Notes and next steps sent to you within 48 hours.

  • Email me and I will follow up with you within 24 hours

  • Assignments to bridge the gap between our sessions.

  • Check ins as needed to ensure you’re moving forward.
